SGM890B和SGM891B是低功耗、高精度的電壓檢測器，其可調閾值范圍為0.8V至5V，增量為0.1V，這極大地提升了應用的靈活性。
由于檢測引腳（VSEN）與電源引腳是分開的，因此可以監測其他電源。即使監測的電源電壓降至0V，器件仍能保持檢測狀態。
此外，SGM890B的CD引腳連接有一個外部電容，該電容接地，可用于調整釋放延遲時間。當延遲電容（CD）為1μF時，延遲時間可以設置為1秒以上。這些器件非常適合用于電源排序、復位排序和電源切換等應用。
SGM890B和SGM891B采用綠色SOT-23-5封裝，其額定工作溫度范圍為-40℃至+125℃。
