低功耗 μP 復位電路，具有電容可調復位超時延遲

SGM800可以監控1.6V至5V的系統電壓。當VCC電壓降至復位閾值以下時，器件將發出復位信號。當VCC電壓升至復位閾值以上時，復位輸出將在由外部電容器設定的用戶可調復位超時時間內保持低電平。此外，SGM800還具有出色的瞬態免疫能力，能夠忽略快速的VCC瞬態變化。

SGM800采用綠色SOT-23-5封裝，其工作環境溫度范圍為-40℃至+85℃。
